Ashok Kumar Arora, Chief Executive Officer

Ashok Kumar Arora did his Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata. Prior to ISI, he had completed his Post Graduation in Mathematics from Kanpur University.

He has over 40 years of experience in varied aspects of the IT Industry, including Sales, Marketing & Business Development. Prior to promoting MCC, he had worked with Tata Steel, Ballarpur Industries, Union Carbide India Limited & ABC Consultants. As partner of MCC, Ashok is responsible for Strategic Planning, HRD & Introduction of Cutting-Edge Technology in MCC.

Asit Kumar Kanrar, Head BPO

Asit Kumar Kanrar completed his B.Sc. (Hons. In Statistics) from Presidency College, Calcutta & M.Tech (Computer Science) from Indian Statistical Institute.

He has vast experience of working on various commercial applications in IT industry. Prior to joining MCC, he had worked with ORG System, Institution of Engineers & Allahabad Bank. At present he is Head of BPO services of Management and Computer Consultants.

He overseas MCC BPO process and his experience lies in bringing new operational tools and improving operational efficiency of the organization. He spearheads MCC internal quality council and is working on strengthening the same.

Akash Arora, Chief Growth Officer

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that drives revenue, user acquisition, and retention. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion strategies. Oversee GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new products, services, or markets. Collaborate with the CEO and Product teams to align business objectives. Foster a growth-driven culture within the organization.

Sandeep Dey, Executive Vice President

Sandeep Dey is Vice President with MCC and has extensive experience in client relationship management. He manages a large team which is providing support to pan India and overseas clients and also their branches overseas.

He has strong domain and technical expertise in the processing industry. He has worked across various technologies i.e. SCO Unix, Cobol, Informix, Progress, Web Technologies, ORACLE Apps, Mobile, etc.

He also spearheads MCC fresher induction process and is a contributor to the functional and technical knowledge freshers need.

Jaydeep Chanda, Vice President

With 17 years of experience in the software and IT industry, Jaydeep has been instrumental in leading high-impact projects, fostering client relationship, and ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Under his leadership, MCC continues to expand its expertise in web and mobile development, and enterprise software.

Vic S, President and CTO Advaint (MCC US Partner)

Vic has over 20 years of Leadership, Management, Business Transformation, Business Analytics and Architectural experience in various technologies, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and HCM, Oracle EBS R12.2.x. He has deep experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and HCM Implementations, Full Cycle Oracle EBS Implementations and Oracle EBS Upgrades. He has a demonstrated ability to define, organize, design and implement detailed strategies to implement multiple ERP Systems (Oracle, Workday) and custom systems from the ground up using PMI and/or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
