Student Login & Authentication

  • Students access the exam via a URL for their specific course (UG/PG/BED/MED, etc.).
  • Must read instructions and accept terms before proceeding.
  • Authentication is done using Enrolment Number and Date of Birth (DOB).
  • System verifies details against the student database.
  • If details don’t match, access is denied.

Mobile Number Verification & OTP Authentication

  • Each student must provide a unique mobile number.
  • If duplicate or missing, they must register a new alternative number.
  • OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to the valid mobile number.
  • OTP is valid for 60 seconds; students can request a resend.

Examination Dashboard

  • Upon login, students see their exam dashboard, displaying:
    • Enrolment details
    • Accepted mobile number
    • List of subjects with status (Completed/In-Progress/Not Attempted)
  • Students can select a subject to begin the exam.
  • Once a subject is started, it must be completed before moving to another.

Examination Process

  • Randomized question selection from the question bank.
  • Each question has four answer options (MCQs).
  • Students can skip or answer questions.
  • System tracks answered, skipped, and remaining questions using color coding.
  • Exam rules include:
    • Shuffled answers (except "None of the Above" & "All of the Above").
    • Time tracking with countdown and pause limits.
    • If time expires, exam is auto-submitted.

Exam Submission & Results

  • After answering all questions, students get a Final Submit prompt.
  • Forced submission happens if:
    • Time expires
    • Maximum pauses are used
  • Post-exam:
    • Students see total attempted, correct, incorrect, and skipped questions.
    • Pie chart visualization of performance.
    • Option to download exam report and answer script.

Special Features & Admin Controls

  • Unique mobile number enforcement to prevent cheating.
  • Device restriction – A student cannot log in from multiple devices.
  • Paper-specific parameters:
    • Exam duration, number of questions, negative marking, etc.
  • Pause & Resume Rules:
    • Intentional and unintentional pauses allowed within limits.
  • Reattempting Papers:
    • Students with auto-submitted exams may get one reattempt.
    • Marks from the first attempt will be overwritten if reattempted.

Answer Script Monitoring System

  • Receiving answer script packets identified with top sheet no from examination centre and recording top sheet information.
