At MCC we have close to 30 years of experience working with education sector.

Initially when we started working with educational institutes, most of the examination processing was done offline. Working offline has lot of disadvantages so we convinced the universities to move to an online system.

The online system has led to more transparency, reduction in manpower and faster publication of results. Most of our applications our hosted on AWS and the uptime is almost 99.99%.

We are capable of both building an examination system and doing end to end processing till results are published.

The examination process consists of two steps mainly pre examination and post examination. Pre Exam are all the activities which happen before the exam is held and Post exam are all those activities which are held after the exam is held.


Request For Services

    Web Based Pre Examination System:

    • University Officials, Colleges and Students are the end users of application.
    • Creation of Eligible Master File (Those candidates who had registered and are eligible to appear in University Examination. Done as per rules of University).
    • Report for Missing Photographs & Signatures reported to University.
    • Candidates wishing to appear for exam need to pay enrollment fee.
    • College wise Payment Summary generated for colleges.
    • Candidates can generate online Admit Card.
    • Allotment done as per University Rules (Seating Arrangement done to avoid cheating).
    • Top Sheet can be generated by University on day of exam ( A document which has roll numbers of all those candidates which will appear for exam in that centre).
    • Exam Centres can go online and print ASR ( Attendance Sheet Register to capture details of attendance).
    • Course wise, group & subgroup wise award list printing in ICR-OMR stationery ( A document in which marks are captured roll number and centre wise).
    • Printing of Course & College wise student figures for use of question paper.

    Web Based Post Examination System:

    • Online marks entry provision for Internal Assessment, General Practical & AECC Courses.
    • Online marks entry can be done by examiners/Head-Examiners.
    • Day to day marks entry and marks wanting reports generation and follow up message to Examiners/Head-Examiners ( Process of collection of those marks which are not yet received.).
    • Receiving students attendance sheets from Examination Centres and creation of students absent data file.
    • Creation of data file for Reported Against candidates’ list submitted by the University.
    • Scan of award lists submitted by examiners, creation of first tabulator’s copy from ICR part and second tabulator’s copy from OMR part ( Maker and Checker Concept).
    • Cross checking of two sets of marks, printing of unmatched report.
    • Matched marks shall be posted in student master.
    • RA records shall also be posted in student master ( RA – Reported Against. Those candidates who have violated university rules).
    • Tabulation of results with application of Tabulation rules of the University.
    • Backlog Candidates Data Creation.
    • Candidates’ Grade, SGPA & CGPA calculation.
    • Grace to be given based on university discretion.
    • Audit of Results.
    • Uploading result to website.

    Preparation & printing of following reports:

    • Tabulation Register.
    • Grade Certificates/Mark sheets.
    • Diploma Certificates.
    • Merit List.
    • Absentee List, Expelled /RA List, Institution wise List of Mark sheets, Statement of Result, Incomplete Result List etc.
    • Subject wise Students’ performance.

    • Zero marks checking from documents.
    • Absent vs Marks Checking.
    • High Deviation of marks in a paper in comparison with other papers average.
    • High Deviation of Percentage of pass of a college with the average percentage of the university.
    • Subject Wise Distribution of obtained marks in different ranges
    • Subject Wise Performance of college in comparison with university average.
