This app is relevant wherever there is a primary sales through dealer network. It is a sales force performance app with GPS functionality.

Sales and outstanding data is fetched from ERP enterprise application into a middle layer and then shown onto mobile at different level depending upon the User.

The application has both mobile and web utilities.

    XP App – Lead Management App

    • Position Registration:
      User have to register new lead, existing lead, cold call, iTrain, dealer as per the client location so that he can be track properly. This is basically an one time process.
    • Visit Purpose :
      Whatever visit is done by any user have to enter the visit purpose or activity done & total how much time he spent to that dealer & site.
    • Leads :
      All the leads will coming from CRM along with all the details to that particular user so that he can follow up with better way.
    • XP Tools :
      All the XP tools are available along with all the features & sample videos.
    • Products:
      All the product sheet also available along with their coverage & other features.
    • Product Comparison :
      User can compare between two products under brand or competition brand & based on that user can showcase their products.
    • Color Combination :
      User can select the predefine photos & also can apply multiple colors to that photo which can be used as sample preview in front of customer.
    • Designs :
      Various illusion, textures design also available in this option, user can change base color based on requirement.
    • Appointment :
      Under this user can see date wise appointment fixed for the user & based on that user can plan accordingly.
    • Change Password :
      User can change his password at any point of time.

    SSMS App

    • DSR :
      Registered User can get the Sales Status of his applicable Territories only.
    • Important Product :
      Can be used to view the performance based on various filters.
    • Outstanding :
      Registered Users can use this option to view the Net/Gross O/S based in various buckets.
    • O/S Dealer (Top 10) :
      Display the O/S of Top 10 Dealers within his applicable territories.
    • Stock :
      Can be used to view the available Free Stocks at the Depots for the selected SKU.
    • Contractor Registration :
      This option can be used to register the new Contractors.
    • SOA :
      This option can be used to view the Statement of Account of the Dealer for any selected date range.
    • Unpaid Invoices :
      This option will display the list of unpaid invoices against any dealer as on a particular date.
    • Client Track :
      This option can be used to view the entire details (i.e. Sales Performance, O/S, Product-wise Performance etc) of a particular dealer or combination of codes
