BSTracker Portal
BSTracker is a web based system to facilitate the Head office, Third Party Shippers & Depots to service the dealers in the redemption process as per Scheme Benefits and internal SLA. This application provides seamless integration between various actors in the process to bring in efficiency and transparency in the entire network of distribution.
The following are the functionalities provided in this application:
- The system to provide a repository of all schemes offered from time to time along with therelated document links to Scheme Details, Purchase Orders, Despatches from Vendors, and MIS generated through the system.
- Generate Purchase Orders against each scheme for the gift item for the Vendors Option to Print generalized PO format.
- Receipts of gift items by 3rd party agency against the raised Purchase Orders.
- Prepare despatch Advice for the depots through a preferred courier.
- Update Consignment Number & Date against the courier advice.
- Depot to Acknowledge receipt of goods against the courier advice.
- Prepare Dealer level gift despatch advice & Dealer Letter for despatch.
- Update the courier Consignment number & Date against each Dealer Shipment.
- Tracking pending despatches.
- Inventory Management at all locations.
- Update Dealer Acknowledgements in the system.
- Provide a more efficient method for Redemption process from Qualification of dealers to fulfilment as per scheme offer.
- Increase the efficiency of Data Gathering and Reporting Process.
- Provide necessary MIS for providing a better workflow to ensure that the scheme offers are fulfilled on-time.
- Issue Tracker to record & resolve issues of all locations in a speedy manner by interactions through systems.
